KEANE Incorporated provided an expansive set of consulting services to Fortune 500 companies in New York City and across the country, specializing in Process Analysis, Needs Analysis, SWOT Analysis, Business Process Re-engineering, Customer Analysis, and Feasibility Analysis & Prototypes, along with software development, testing, and technical manual development.
NEEDS DEFINITION:
A resource was needed within the KEANE service group to perform needs analysis, process analysis, functional and workflow analysis, as well as produce a variety of related analysis documents, software documentation, and product manuals for major corporate clients.
SOLUTION DEVELOPMENT:
Comprehensive Business Analysis Services: For companies such as AT&T, PSE&G, ConEd, Exxon-Mobile, General Motors, Fannie Mae, Johnson & Johnson, and UPS, analysis was provided based on market needs and organizational objectives.
